1. The Service

HireMD is a directory and marketplace that connects buyers with Moldovan IT companies. We facilitate discovery and introductions; we are not a party to any contract you reach with a listed company.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings & submissions

Companies and their representatives may submit listings. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it. We may edit, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent a company or its capabilities.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute directory data without permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service or its providers.

5. No commission

HireMD charges subscription fees for listing plans. We do not take a commission on, and accept no responsibility for, agreements reached between buyers and listed companies.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or up to date, and we are not liable for the conduct or output of any listed company.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above.
