HireMD (“we”, “us”) operates a directory of IT companies in Moldova. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. This is a summary; please review it carefully and consult a lawyer for your specific obligations.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: company details and contact information submitted via listing or contact forms (name, email, company, website, message), and account email addresses used to sign in via magic link. We also collect basic analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, used to improve the site.
2. How we use information
- To operate the directory and route leads to listed companies.
- To communicate with you about your listing, account, or inquiries.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To improve and measure the performance of HireMD.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Lead information submitted against a specific company profile is shared with that company so they can respond. We share data with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under processing agreements, and where required by law.
4. International transfers
Because we serve buyers in the EU and US, your data may be processed outside Moldova. We rely on appropriate safeguards and GDPR-aligned practices for such transfers.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@hiremd.app.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and provider-managed authentication — but no system is perfectly secure.
